c) In order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Site’s Terms of Service or as otherwise required by law.

d) In the case we are acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify you by posting information on the Site.

ADVERTISING

Ads appearing on the Site may be delivered to you by us or by our advertising partners. This privacy policy does not cover any third party advertisers. Please review the applicable advertiser’s app for their privacy policy.

SPECIAL NOTICE CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13

We do not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from anyone under the age of 13. If it comes to our attention that Personally Identifiable Information has been collected from a person under the age of 13, we will delete this information as quickly as possible.
